These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of JobSearchBetter.com (the “Site”) and any products, courses, or services offered by Happy Little Things LLC, doing business as JobSearchBetter.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), owned and operated by Mulan Lau. By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any product or course, or subscribing to our email list, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

JobSearchBetter.com is owned and operated by Happy Little Things LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as JobSearchBetter.com. Mulan Lau is the founder and owner of Happy Little Things LLC. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Happy Little Things LLC.

2a. Nature of the Product
The PDF workbook guide (“Digital Product”) sold on JobSearchBetter.com is a digital download delivered electronically upon purchase, intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2b. No Refund Policy
All sales of the Digital Product are final. No refunds will be issued once the Digital Product has been delivered or made accessible to you, regardless of whether you have downloaded or accessed the content. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2c. EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal Waiver
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

2d. Product Sold As-Is
THE DIGITAL PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

2e. Intellectual Property
The Digital Product is protected by copyright law and is the exclusive intellectual property of Happy Little Things LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or transmit any portion of the Digital Product without prior written permission. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law and these Terms.

3a. Course Access
Happy Little Things LLC offers a self-paced, pre-recorded online course (“Course”). Upon purchase, you are granted personal access to Course content for the access period specified at checkout. Course content may not be shared, recorded, redistributed, or resold in any form.

3b. No Refund Policy — Course
All Course sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted. EU customers: the withdrawal waiver in Section 2c applies equally to Course purchases.

3c. Course Content Disclaimer
The Course is for informational and educational purposes only. Happy Little Things LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue Course content at any time. No specific employment results, salary levels, or outcomes are guaranteed.

3d. Intellectual Property — Course
All Course content including video recordings, written materials, and worksheets is the exclusive intellectual property of Happy Little Things LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized recording, sharing, or redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4a. Payment Processors
JobSearchBetter.com processes payments through Stripe and/or ClickFunnels Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the payment processor used at checkout. Happy Little Things LLC is not responsible for errors made by any payment processor.

4b. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4c. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase validly made and delivered in accordance with these Terms, Happy Little Things LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback, provide evidence of delivery, and pursue recovery of the amount owed including referral for collections or legal action where warranted.

5a. Voluntary Subscription
By subscribing to the JobSearchBetter.com email newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails including educational content, job search tips, updates, promotional offers, and affiliate product recommendations.

5b. Affiliate Links in Emails
Some emails may contain affiliate links. Happy Little Things LLC may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

5c. Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

5d. CAN-SPAM & GDPR Compliance
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, GDPR. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH ANY PRODUCT, COURSE, OR CONTENT IS TO DISCONTINUE USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Florida. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date it arose or be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
